Dear Officials. it is to bring in Telenor Pakistan knowledge , that I Muhammad Ishaq Nootani working as franchisee (District Khuzdar) in Telenor Pakistan since 2006, since that time my franchise has completed his targets with all dedication but for period of one-year new belt manager Telenor Pakistan Mr. chakar khan is creating problems for me and decreasing my franchise staff performance graph, after i looked to make sure about why these things are happening why my franchise performance is decreased for a while , i found that Mr. chakar khan is not working properly for growth of company, further I analyzed the factors involved I found that Mr. chakar khan our new belt manager is actually a government employee who is working as school teacher designated as JVT. i collected his employment order and salary slip everything and asked the management to please make sure about it , as this person is employed in education and will not be able give time and takes efforts towards company and its growth, this is what i did after that Mr., chakar khan started a conspiracy against me he misguide many retailers about my franchise and tried to drop our business graph, and then doing all this he even reported to higher management about a bit low of our targets, while he was responsible for all that. . Finally, Mr. chakar khan started a new franchise in our city for one of his relatives, we are happy for that, but Mr. chakar khan has assigned 70 percent market to a new baby franchise, whom franchisee is also Ufone's franchise, and 30 percent market to my 18 years old working franchise. I just think not but I believe that Telenor Pakistan does not discriminate on basis of relatives of favorites, hope that an enquiry would be taken by Islamabad head office. I am requesting Telenor Pakistan officials to pleas look into my matter and consider my experience of 18 years with please make an inquiry independent of the management around us, and stop people like Mr. Cakar khan to work in two departments which illegal. (Mr. chakar khan is still working in school department Govt of Baluchistan his last pay slip from education department is attached ).
